Lately, we’ve seen situations where services are completed, and afterward there’s a request to revisit pricing, seek partial refunds, or renegotiate the agreed upon cost especially in cases where the desired result may have been ambitious or required multiple sessions. Hair transformations are a process, and we are always transparent about what is achievable in a single visit while protecting the integrity of your hair.

What can feel disheartening is when that transparency and effort are met with attempts to adjust pricing after the work has already been done. As a small, employee based business, those moments don’t just affect a transaction they impact our entire team. At Tribe Salon, we are deeply committed to being socially responsible. We invest in our stylists through education, benefits, and a supportive environment, and we genuinely love showing up for our community every single day. Because of that, we simply aren’t in a position to absorb those kinds of financial losses without it affecting the people who make this place so special.

To keep things clear and fair for everyone, we want to gently reaffirm our policy:

All services and product purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we welcome you to reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can make an adjustment. This allows us the opportunity to fine tune your service and ensure you leave feeling confident, cared for, and truly happy with your hair.
