We are happy to make adjustments or schedule you with a different stylist within 7 days of service.

No cash or credit refunds. No exceptions.

Cancellation policy:

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hours before your service you will be charged half the amount of the scheduled service.

No call no shows will result in full payment of service and / or prepayment in advance of next service.If we cannot charge your card, you will not be able to reschedule until the balance has been paid.
