1. 🎓 How long have you been a stylist & your educational background?

    I’ve been in the beauty industry for two years. My education began at the Aveda Institute in Las Vegas and I’ve continued educating myself through classes, observing other stylists, and staying current with the latest techniques.

2. ‍♀️ What do you love about your craft?

    The hair I get to create behind the chair while sharing a conversation with my clients will always make this a rewarding job.

3. 🫶 What have you learned from your clients?

   The importance of creating a friendship with everyone who sits in my chair. I hope I can create a safe space for my clients to have someone to chat with, just listen, or to just sit and relax.

4. ✂️ What do you specialize in?

   I specialize in lived-in blondes and brunettes, long layered cuts, and a bouncy blowout

5. 👀 What should clients look for when choosing a stylist?

   Finding a stylist you can connect with in more ways than one is probably the most important, and if the work the stylist does fits your interests and you’re able to feel comfortable with them, I think that’s when you’ve found the right stylist.

6. 🌈 Where do you find inspiration?

   I can find inspiration anywhere. Whether it be through other stylists, my clients, and even the continued support I receive from my family.

7. 💌 What charitable organization are you most passionate about?

   As someone who feels connected to their Mexican heritage and wants to give back, Un Kilo de Ayuda is one of the organizations that addresses immediate needs like nutrition, anemia, and health, as well as long-term outcomes such as education, development, and opportunity during the most important years of life (birth to age 5). The mission centers on helping children in vulnerable rural and indigenous communities so that they can have better opportunities later in life.

8. 🏡 How do you spend your time when you’re not working?

   Outside of work I love to spend my time creatively. That usually includes sketching, painting, reading, baking or occasionally going on hikes/long walks if it’s with the right company. I’m passionate about my health so I enjoy getting a few workouts in throughout my week. I would consider myself somewhat of a cinephile so I love watching movies, especially the ones that carry a deeper meaning and can be applied to your own life.

9. 💄 What’s your favorite lipstick shade?

   This one tends to change but lately it’s been the Fenty Heat lip gloss in Fenty Glow
